طراحی سنجههای عمومی ارزیابی یادگیری عملیاتی برای دانشجویان رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی: یک مطالعه ترکیبی | ||

چکیده | ||
مقدمه: ضرورت پاسخگو بودن آموزش در جامعه امروز در راستای تحقق رسالت اجتماعی دانشگاهها بیش از هر زمان دیگریست. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی و طراحی سنجه هایی برای ارزیابی یادگیری عملیاتی دانشجویان به صورتی عمومی بوده است. روش کار: این مطالعه یک مطالعه ابزارسازی با رویکرد ترکیبی (متوالی اکتشافی) بود که در سال 1400 در نمونهای از دانشجویان رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی انجام گردید. ابتدا با گردآوری داده های کیفی، تحلیل محتوای متون، سنجه های اولیه تدوین و پس از اجرای پایلوت ابزار، ارزیابی پایائی و روایی ابزار و تدوین مدل نهایی به اجرا درآمد. جهت تعیین روایی از روایی صوری، محتوا و سازه و پایایی نیز با روش تنصیف و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. تناسب تحلیل اکتشافی برای شناسایی ساختار با شاخصهای KMO و آزمون بارتلت تعیین گردید. نتایج: ابتدا 42 آیتم در طراحی پرسشنامه تعیین و در فرایند روایی و پایایی تعداد گویهها به 38 مورد رسید. شاخص های CVI و CVR به ترتیب 79% و 62% به دست آمد. تحلیل عاملی نشان داد 7 عامل (قدرت حل مسأله، احساس شایستگی رشته، دغدغه مندی، مهارت های اجتماعی، آگاهی از کاربرد رشته، مسئولیت پذیری و مهارت در رشته) دارای مقدار ویژه بیش از یک هستند، که 80/30% واریانس، را تبیین میکردند. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ 0/976 و مقدار ضریب گاتمن نیز 0/945بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: یافته ها حاکی از کفایت روایی و پایایی ابزار سنجش یادگیری عملیاتی دانشجویان دارد. لذا میتواند به عنوان یک ابزار معتبر در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد | ||
