چکیده
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف پیش‌بینی رفتار اخلاقی بر اساس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نگرش به زمان با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای خودفراروی و ارزش‌های بنیادی انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی و همبستگی را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا شهر همدان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 تشکیل می‌دهند. حجم نمونه 372 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های بهزیستی روانشناختی (داینر و همکاران، 1985)، نگرش به زمان (ملو و ورل، 2010)، خودفراروی (لوینسون و همکاران، 2005)، مقیاس رفتار اخلاقی محقق ساخته و مقیاس ارزش های بنیادی (جیسون و همکاران، 2001) بودند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS-25 و LISREL به روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی برازش خوبی با داده‌های تجربی دارد (95/0 GFI=، 98/0=IFI، 95/0=CFI). نتایج نشان داد که خودفراروی و ارزش‌های بنیادی به‌طور معنی‌داری رابطه بین رفتار اخلاقی، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نگرش به زمان را میانجیگری می‌کنند (01/0>P). نگرش به زمان و بهزیستی روانشناختی با میانجیگری خودفراروی و ارزش های بنیادی به طور معناداری بر رفتار اخلاقی تأثیر می گذارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، احتمال انجام رفتار اخلاقی توسط افراد دارای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و نگرش مثبت به زمان، زمانی قابل پیش‌بینی است که افراد ارزش‌های بنیادی داشته باشند و در مورد آن‌ها آگاه باشند. همچنین لازم است که این افراد به مرتبه ای از خودفراروی رسیده باشند. ارزش و خودفراروی رفتار اخلاقی را با بهزیستی روانی و نگرش به زمان پیوند می دهد و امکان رفتار اخلاقی را در موقعیت های اجتماعی تسهیل می کند.
