چکیده
مقدمه:خودکارآمدی زایمان به باور فرد در توانایی­اش برای استفاده از رفتارهای مقابله خاص در طی لیبر اشاره می‌کند. مطالعات نشان داده‌اند افراد در شرایطی که باورهای نادرست داشته باشند، از توانایی­های خود استفاده کمتری می­کنند، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط انواع باورهای غیرمنطقی با خودکارآمدی زایمان انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه همبستگی- توصیفی در سال 1394 بر روی 702 زن باردار 39-35 هفته، بارداری سوم و کمتر کم خطر مراجعه­کننده به مراکز و پایگاه­های بهداشتی­ درمانی مشهد انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه­های اطلاعات فردی و مامایی، باورهای غیر منطقی جونز و خودکارآمدی زایمان بود. فرم انتخاب واحد پژوهش و پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و مامایی توسط پژوهشگر، از طریق مصاحبه و اطلاعات ثبت شده در پرونده و پرسشنامه باورهای غیرمنطقی و خودکارآمدی زایمان توسط واحد پژوهش، در حضور پژوهشگر تکمیل ­شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار آماری SPSS(نسخه 16) و آزمون­های آماری ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، رگرسیون خطی و مدل‌های خطی عمومی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی­دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: بر اساس نتایج، میانگین نمره باورهای غیرمنطقی 8/34±7/357 و خودکارآمدی زایمان 2/99±2/439 بود. خودکارآمدی زایمان با باورهای غیرمنطقی بی­مسئولیتی عاطفی و وابستگی، رابطه خطی مستقیم معنادار و با باور غیرمنطقی و انتظار بیش ­از حد از خود، رابطه خطی معکوس معنادار داشت (001/0p<).
نتیجه­گیری: باورهای غیر منطقی انتظار بیش ­از حد از خود، بی­مسئولیتی عاطفی و وابستگی می­توانند سازگاری با درد زایمان را در زنان باردار پیش­بینی کنند.
