چکیده
مقدمه: جستجو و حفظ رابطه با نزدیکان، به ویژه همسر یک اصل مهم در تمام طول زندگی است. با وجود اﻳﻨ ﻜﻪ عوامل ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪی  روان زاد و ﻣﺘﻌﺪد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻴﻞ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ زنان ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻛﺮده­اند،روﻧﺪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ در ﺳﺎل­ﻫﺎی  اﺧﻴﺮ نشان داده است ﻛﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ روان­زاد  در ﺑﺮوز اﻳﻦ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ ﭘﺮرﻧﮓ­ﺗﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ،  تاثیر مداخله شناختی­رفتاری بر خودکارآمدی جنسی و رضایت زناشویی زنان است.
روش­کار: در این پژوهش مداخله­ای، 30 زن از مراجعه­کنندگان به یکی از مراکز خدمات روان­شناختی شهر کاشان در سال 1394 به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمون در 8 جلسه درمان شناختی­رفتاری شرکت کردند. داده­ها با آمار توصیفی و روش­های تحلیل چندمتغیری و کوواریانس تک­متغیری با کمک نرم­افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: میانگین پس آزمون خودکارآمدی جنسی گروه شناختی­رفتاری 19/1±78/3 و گروه شاهد 65/0±96/1 بود. هم­چنین میانگین پس­آزمون رضایت زناشویی گروه شناختی  3/23±0/91 و شاهد 1/68±0/70 بود.
  نتیجه­گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مداخله شناختی­رفتاری با بهبود خودکارآمدی جنسی و رضایت زناشویی، روابط زوجین را اصلاح می­کند.
