چکیده
مقدمه: خودکارآمدی، اصلی‌ترین عامل در بروز رفتار و عملکرد افراد است. هوش معنوی نیز به عنوان زیربنای باورهای فرد، باعث اثرگذاری بر عملکرد، سازگاری و تطابق بهتر در مواجهه با مشکلات می‌شود. ماماها در خط مقدم ارائه‌ خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی به مددجویان قرار دارند و عملکرد آن‌ها تا حد زیادی تعیین‌کننده کیفیت مراقبت‌های بهداشتی است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی عملکرد بالینی ماماها انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه همبستگی در سال 1394 بر روی 232 مامای شاغل در زایشگاه‌های بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم اطلاعات فردی، هوش معنوی بدیع و خودکارآمدی عملکرد بالینی چراغی جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون من ویتنی و کای اسکوئر انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: اکثر واحدهای پژوهش از هوش معنوی قوی (5/56%) و خودکارآمدی عملکرد بالینی بالایی (5/59%) برخوردار بودند. بر اساس نتایج آزمون اسپیرمن، بین هوش معنوی و خودکارآمدی عملکرد بالینی ماماها ارتباط مستقیم معنی‌داری وجود داشت (4/0=r، 0001/0=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت خودکارآمدی و عملکرد بالینی ماما در تأمین سلامت مادران و نوزادان و با توجه به ارتباط معنادار هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی، می‌توان با طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و بازآموزی در زمینه هوش معنوی گام مهمی ‌جهت ارتقاء خودکارآمدی ماماها انجام داد.
