چکیده
هدف:
  درمطالعات انجام شده در زبان انگلیسی، کودکان مبتلا به اختلال آسیب ویژه‌ی زبانی، نقایص ویژه‌ای را در انسجام داستان نشان داده‌اند؛ در پژوهش حاضر انسجام داستان در این دسته از کودکان و کودکان طبیعی در زبان فارسی بررسی شده است.
روش بررسی:
این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است. 50 کودک با رشد طبیعی و 10 کودک مبتلا به آسیب ویژه‌ی زبانی در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. کودکان آسیب ویژه‌ی زبانی از نظر وضعیت شنوایی، هوش غیرکلامی و عاطفی طبیعی بودند. مشکل زبانی آنها‌ با استفاده از آزمون رشد زبان تایید گردید. با استفاده از نسخه فارسی آزمون هنجار گفتمان روایتی، داستانهای تک صحنه‌ای و سه صحنه‌ای از آنها استخراج و نسخه‌برداری گردید. سپس بر اساس عناصر انسجام امتیاز داده شد. در هردو مرحله نسخه ‌برداری و امتیاز‌‌دهی، درصد توافق بین دو مصحّح محاسبه گردید. جهت مقایسه امتیاز انسجام داستانها‌ و صحنه‌ها بین دو گروه، از آزمونهای تی مستقل و من ویتنی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها:
در کودکان طبیعی درصد توافق برای نسخه‌برداری هر دو داستان«الف1» و «الف3» 100درصد، امتیازدهی داستان «الف1»، 96 درصد و امتیازدهی داستان «الف3»،94/51 درصد به دست آمد. پس از مقایسه گروه‌ها مشخص شد که در بین دو گروه میانگین امتیاز انسجام داستان «الف1» و «الف3» به تفکیک و همچنین میانگین امتیاز انسجام صحنه‌های مختلف داستان «الف3» در دو گروه به طور معنادار متفاوت هستند (0/00=p).
نتیجه‌گیری:
عملکرد انسجام داستان در کودکان مبتلا به آسیب ویژه‌ی زبانی ضعیف‌تر از کودکان با رشد طبیعی است.
