| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه: رضایت از روابط زناشویی بر میزان سلامت روانی، جسمانی، رضایت از زندگی، موفقیت در شغل وارتباطات اجتماعی مؤثر بوده و یکی از مهمترین شاخص های رضایت از زندگی است. متغیرهای متعددی بر رضایت زناشویی مؤثرند وضعیت باروری یکی از متغیرهای بسیار مهم است. مطالعات متعددی نشان داده اند که ناباروری سبب اختلالات روانشناختی از جمله نارضایتی زناشویی می شود. در مقابل تعدادی براین باورند که شرکت در مراحل گوناگون تشخیص و درمان ناباروری می تواند سبب افزایش صمیمیت و ارتباط بهتر زوج و در نتیجه افزایش رضایت زناشویی شود. از آنجا که در ایران مطالعات کمی بر روی خشنودی زناشویی زنان بویژه زنان نابارور صورت گرفته است مطالعه حاضر راباهدف مقایسه خشنودی زناشویی زنان بارور ونابارور انجام دادیم. روش کار: در این مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی 100 زن بارور و100 زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز دولتی به صـورت مبتنی بر هدف وارد مطالعه شده و فرم مصاحبه شماره1 (ابزار انتخاب شـرکت کننـدگان)، فـرم مصـاحبه شـماره 2 (درمورد مشخصات شرکت کنندگان)، فرم پرسشنامه بررسـی سـلامت عمـومی(GHQ28) و خشـنودی زناشـویی، تکمیل گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افـزار SPSS نسـخه 11/5 و آزمونهـای مجـذور کـای، مـن ویتنـی و آنـالیز واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و پردازش قرار گرفتند. نتایج: دو گروه از نظر مشخصات فردی و سایر متغیرهای مداخله گر ونیز سلامت عمـومی اخـتلاف آمـاری معنـی داری نداشـتند. زنـان نابـارور بطـور قابـل ملاحظـه ای خشـنودی زناشـویی بیشـتری را ابـراز کردنـد (p=0/014). خشنودی زناشویی درزنان نابارور خوب ودر زنان بارور متوسط بود. نتیجه گیری: ناباروری باعث کاهش میزان خشنودی زناشویی در زنان نابارور نمی شود. | ||
