چکیده
مقدمه: سزارین یکی از شایع ترین اعمال جراحی در طب زنان و مامایی می باشد. التیام ناکافی زخم و ایجاد گسیختگی در برش جراحی، از علل اصلی عوارض پس از زایمان های سزارین می باشند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر کرم فنی توئین بر بهبود زخم سزارین انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دوسوکور در سال 1391 بر روی 80 زن مراجعه کننده داوطلب عمل سزارین در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اهواز انجام شد. مادران به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مصرف کننده فنی توئین و دارونما (40 نفر در هر گروه) تقسیم شدند. میزان بهبود برش سزارین در روزهای 7 و 14 بعد از ترمیم با استفاده از مقیاس ریدا ارزیابی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 16) و آزمون های تی مستقل، کای دو و من ویتنی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: میانگین نمرات بهبود زخم در گروه فنی توئین در مقایسه با دارونما در روزهای هفتم و چهاردهم پس از عمل کمتر بود (001/0=p)، به این معنا که بهبود زخم در گروه مصرف کننده فنی توئین بهتر بود. همچنین دو گروه از نظر بهبودی کامل زخم در روز چهاردهم پس از عمل، اختلاف آماری معناداری داشتند (003/0=p).
نتیجه گیری: کرم فنی توئین بر تسریع روند بهبود زخم سزارین مؤثر است.
