چکیده
مقدمه: درد زایمان، یکی از پیچیده‌ترین انواع دردها در زندگی زنان است که تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی قرار دارد. با توجه به چندبُعدی بودن این تجربه، استفاده از ابزارهایی جامع برای سنجش دقیق آن، از الزامات ارتقاء مراقبت‌های مامایی محسوب می‌شود. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه درد زایمان آنجل در جمعیت زنان ایرانی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه از نوع روش‌شناسی و در سه مرحله ترجمه، اعتبارسنجی و آزمون کاربردی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه A-LPQ انجام شد. پس از طی فرآیند ترجمه استاندارد و بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی به‌صورت کیفی و کمّی، روایی سازه پرسشنامه با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی روی نمونه‌ای شامل ۲۰۰ زن باردار بررسی شد. روایی همگرا از طریق همبستگی با نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه درد مک‌گیل (فرم کوتاه) ارزیابی گردید. برای بررسی پایایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد.
یافته­ ها: میانگین نمره کل پرسشنامه 41/32 با انحراف معیار 29/5 بود. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی پنج عامل استخراج کرد که 3/71% واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. مدل پنج‌عاملی در تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برازش مطلوبی داشت (062/0 =RMSEA)، پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 برای کل مقیاس و 79/0 تا 86/0 برای زیرمقیاس‌ها تأیید شد. همچنین، روایی همگرا با همبستگی معنادار با فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه درد مک‌گیل (001/0>p، 68/0=r) تأیید گردید.
نتیجه­ گیری: نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه درد زایمان آنجل، دارای روایی و پایایی مطلوبی است و ساختار پنج ‌عاملی آن با داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌ شده مطابقت دارد. این ابزار می‌تواند به‌صورت چندبُعدی تجربه درد زایمان را در زنان ایرانی ارزیابی کند.
