| چکیده | ||
| This letter responds to the review "Artificial Intelligence and the State of the Art of Orthopedic Surgery" by Khojastehnezhad et al. While commending the authors, this correspondence highlights critical areas needing further discussion: the risk of healthcare inequity due to implementation barriers, the imperative to preserve fundamental surgical skills, and unresolved medicolegal implications of AI-assisted decisions. It calls for robust prospective RCTs and a balanced approach to integrating AI, ensuring innovation complements rather than compromises clinical expertise and equitable care. | ||
