چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال وسواس جبری (OCD) یک بیماری بالینی متنوع است. برای افزایش درک و درمان بیماران، علائم OCD در ابعاد علائم همگن تر سازماندهی شده است. بنابراین، هدف ما ارزیابی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه افکار وسواسی مزاحم بود.
 
روش‌ کار: این پژوهش شامل دو گروه نمونه جامعه (995 نفر) و یک گروه بالینی بیماران OCD (128 نفر) بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از مناطق مختلف شهر مشهد در سال 1402 انتخاب شدند. داده ها را با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضرایب همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS-22 و AMOS-24 تجزیه و تحلیل کردیم.
 
یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی حاکی از وجود شش عامل درجه اول بود که در دو عامل درجه دوم دسته‌بندی می‌شوند. یک عامل شامل افکار مزاحم پرخاشگرانه، جنسی، غیراخلاقی و تکانشی است، در حالی که عامل دیگر شامل آلودگی، تردید و اشتباه است. مدل دوعاملی دارای شاخص‌های برازش مناسب و پرسشنامه نفوذ وسواسی تجدیدنظر شده دارای روایی ملاک و همزمان بود.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده وسواس از روایی و پایایی قوی برخوردار است و می‌تواند به طور مؤثری افکار وسواسی مزاحم را در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس جبری و افراد عادی ارزیابی کند.
