چکیده
مقدمه: اطمینان‌خواهی بیش از حد از دیگران و حساسیت بین فردی با کاهش موقت اضطراب نقش اساسی در تداوم اختلالات اضطرابی دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش اطمینان‌جویی بیش از حد دیگران و حساسیت بین فردی در پیش‌بینی اضطراب اجتماعی و علائم وسواس فکری-اجباری می‌پردازد.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری را کلیه زنان خانه‌دار شهر سبزوار در تابستان 1401 تشکیل می‌دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای، 339 نفر از زنان خانه‌دار انتخاب شدند. آنها پرسشنامه های وسواس فکری اجباری، اضطراب اجتماعی، کسب اطمینان از دیگران و حساسیت بین فردی را پر کردند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های همبستگی، رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اطمینان مفرط و حساسیت بین فردی با نمره کل اضطراب اجتماعی وسواسی و اجباری همبستگی معنی‌داری دارند و اطمینان‌بخشی مفرط و حساسیت بین‌فردی 6 درصد از واریانس مربوط به اضطراب اجتماعی و 33 درصد از واریانس وسواس فکری-اجباری را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که گروه دارای علائم وسواس در مقایسه با گروه دارای علائم اضطراب اجتماعی و گروه سالم بالاترین امتیاز را در حساسیت بین فردی و اطمینان مفرط به خود اختصاص دادند (001/0 P<).
نتیجه گیری: اطمینان بیش از حد و حساسیت بین فردی تبیین مهمی برای اختلالات اضطرابی به ویژه اختلال وسواس فکری- اجباری است.
