چکیده
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مجازی در برنامه بازی درمانی والدین-کودک بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان در قرنطینه کووید-19 انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: در مطالعه حاضر که در شهر شاهرود در سال 1399 انجام شد، 26 مادر با کودکان 3 تا 9 ساله مبتلا به مشکلات رفتاری داوطلبانه از طریق تماس در شبکه‌های اجتماعی وارد مطالعه شدند. آنها به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و انتظار تقسیم شدند. برنامه مداخله شامل یک بسته آموزشی بازی درمانی بر اساس رابطه والد-کودکی برگرفته از مدل لندرث بود که در ده جلسه گروهی مجازی 90 دقیقه ای هفتگی اجرا شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رفتار کودک آیبرگ (ECBI) و آزمون خانه- درخت- فرد (HTP) بود. داده ها با استفاده از مدل MANCOVA تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: در نهایت 18 مادر فرآیند تحقیق را تکمیل کردند. در مقایسه دو گروه، نمرات شدت مشکل (17/45 = F (16/1)، 001/0= P، 94/0= ηp2) و مشکل رفتاری (02/34=F (16/1، 001/0=P، 97/0= ηp2) تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که درمان رابطه کودک و والدین به طور معناداری مشکلات رفتاری کودکان را کاهش می دهد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که درمان رابطه‌ای کودک و والدین می‌تواند به طور موثری مشکلات رفتاری کودکان را در شرایط قرنطینه مشابه بیماری همه‌گیر COVID-19 بهبود بخشد.
