چکیده
مقدمه: دیابت شایع ترین بیماری متابولیک در دنیا است. مهم ترین عامل زمینه ساز مرگ و میر در بیماران دیابتی عدم انجام خود مراقبتی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مراجعه کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت روستایی شهرستان گرگان در سال 1401 انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، در مجموع 400 فرد دیابتی مراجعه کننده به خانه های بهداشت شهرستان گرگان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد SDSCA (Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities) و پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی رفتار خودمراقبتی بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی می باشد.
نتایج: سن بیماران با حساسیت درک شده و شدت درک شده رابطه معکوس داشت (05/0p<). رابطه آماری معنی دار و معکوسی بین سازه شدت درک شده و رفتار خودمراقبتی مشاهده شد (05/0p<). قند ناشتا با شدت درک شده و موانع درک شده و میزان فعالیت ورزشی رابطه معکوس داشت (05/0p<).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح تحصیلات پایین بیماران، پیشنهاد می گردد اقداماتی در جهت ارتقای سطح آگاهی بیماران و به تبع آن افزایش حساسیت و شدت درک شده آنها انجام شود تا مداخلات احتمالی بعدی و البته آموزش های روتین بیماران بصورت اثربخش تر انجام شود.
