چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی و طرحواره درمانی بر افسردگی، نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و پردازش هیجانی زنان آسیب‌دیده از خیانت همسر شهر اصفهان بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون-پیگیری با دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت همسر شهر اصفهان که روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از بین زنان خیانت دیده مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره مداخله در بحران سازمان بهزیستی 45 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر در گروه واقعیت درمانی، و 15 نفر در گروه طرحواره درمانی) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند اما، در پایان در گروه واقعیت درمانی 12 نفر، در گروه طرحواره درمانی نیز 12 نفر و در گروه کنترل 13 نفر از زنان باقی ماندند. یکی از گروه‌های آزمایش تحت درمان طرحواره درمانی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای و گروه دیگر آزمایش تحت درمان واقعیت درمانی طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1996)، پرسشنامه نگرش‌های ناکارآمد وایزمن و بک (1978)، و پرسشنامه پردازش هیجانی باکر و همکاران (2010) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میزان Fمشاهده شده در سطح تفاوت معناداری بین میزان تأثیرگذاری دو روش درمانی بر افسردگی و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد زنان آسیب دیده از خیانت همسر نشان داد.
نتیجه گیری: برای مشکلات روانی و شخصیتی افراد مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره روانشناسی می‌توان از دو روش واقعیت درمانی و طرحواره درمانی استفاده نمود.
