پیش بینی علائم روان‌تنی زنان شاغل بر اساس طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه

چکیده
مقدمه: طرحواره‌ها الگوی فکری پایدار هستند که در دوران کودکی ایجاد می‌شود و در طول زندگی ادامه و گسترش می‌یابند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با علائم روان‌تنی در زنان شاغل انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش همبستگی با رویکرد پیش‌بینی بود؛ جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی زنان شاغل در بانک مرکزی شهر تهران در نیمه اول سال 1403 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 250 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل طرحواره‌های ناسازگار (یانگ، 1998) و علائم روان‌تنی (لاکورت و همکاران، ۲۰۱۳) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد.
نتایج: ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین برخی از طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با علائم روان‌تنی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. ضریب رگرسیون پیش‌بینی علائم روان‌تنی از طریق حوزه‌های طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه گویای این است که حوزه بریدگی و طرد (با ضریب رگرسیون 154/0)، خودگردانی (با ضریب رگرسیون 142/0)، حوزه گوش‌به‌زنگی (با ضریب رگرسیون 141/0) به ترتیب بهترین پیش‌بینی کننده علائم روان‌تنی بودند. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که 38 درصد از تغییرات در متغییر علائم روان‌تنی از طریق حوزه‌های طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه قابل تعیین است.
نتیجه گیری: با بهبود طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان شاغل می توان علائم روان تنی زنان شاغل را کاهش داد.
