چکیده
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین الگوی ساختاری شاخص‌های سالم‌زیستی بر اساس پایداری روانی با میانجیگری دلزدگی زناشویی در دانشجویان متاهل در یک طرح همبستگی انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری تحقیق را تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند که 517 نفر با روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای تحقیث شامل پرسشنامه‌های سیاهة سالم‌زیستی (میرز و سوئینی، 1999)، سرمایه روان‌شناختی (لوتانز و آولیو، 2007)، پایداری روانی (کلاف و دیگران، 2002) و مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1996) بودند. پروتکل طرحواره درمانی یانگ (1999) طی 8 جلسه روی آزمودنی های گروه تجربی اجرا گردید.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که مدل سالم‌زیستی بر اساس پایداری روانی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی دلزدگی زناشویی برازش دارد و دلزدگی زناشویی در ارتباط پایداری روانی با دلزدگی زناشویی دانشجویان متاهل نقش میانجی دارد. براساس نتایج آزمون مدل‌یابی پایداری روانی توانایی تبیین 54 درصد از واریانس دلزدگی زناشویی دانشجویان متاهل را دارند.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که به منظور افزایش سطح سالم‌زیستی دانشجویان، می‌توان بر اساس روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر و رگه‌های شخصیتی پایداری روانی، همچنین تقویت درک مناسب از روابط زوجی دانشجویان متاهل، اقداماتی اثرگذار را در راستای تقویت سالم‌زیستی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان متاهل، خانواده‌ها و تبع آن کل افراد جامعه انجام داد که با توجه به شرایط تحمیل شده به دلیل همه‌گیری کرونا، امری ضروری است.
