چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به میزان شیوع اختلال اضطراب فراگیر (GAD) و اهمیت مداخلات روانشناختی موثر بر پیامد درمان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی و درمان فرا تشخیصی بارلو بر شدت علائم بالینی و اجتناب تجربی بیماران انجام شد. با اختلال اضطراب فراگیر
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1399-1400 انجام شد. نمونه ها از بین بیماران مبتلا به GAD بر اساس مصاحبه های بالینی ساختاریافته توسط روانشناسان بالینی که به سه مرکز مشاوره در مشهد-ایران مراجعه کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند. از بین این بیماران، 45 بیمار زن با تشخیص GAD به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه مساوی درمان فرا تشخیصی بارلو، درمان فراشناختی و یک گروه شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های آزمایشی مداخلات را در 12 جلسه چهل و پنج دقیقه‌ای (دو بار در هفته) دریافت کردند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس هفت ماده ای اختلال اضطراب عمومی (GAD-7) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و اقدام-II (AAQ-II) را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس، آزمون تی و SPSS نسخه 21 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: اندازه تأثیر درمان فراشناختی بر اجتناب تجربی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر 022/0 و این اندازه تأثیر در درمان فراتشخیصی 255/0 بود. همچنین اندازه اثر درمان فراشناختی بر اضطراب بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر 019/0 و این اندازه اثر در درمان فرا تشخیصی 141/0 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، درمان فراشناختی و درمان فراشناختی، اضطراب و اجتناب تجربی را در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر کاهش داده، اما درمان فراتشخیصی این علائم را بیش از درمان فراشناختی کاهش داد.
