چکیده
مقدمه: خودکشی به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم مرگ شناخته شده و شناسایی پیش  زمینه های آن اهمیت دارد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه سبک زندگی، تنظیم هیجان و کمال گرایی منفی با افکار خودکشی انجام شد.
روش کار: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را زنان خانه دار شهر بوشهر تشکیل می دادند. در مجموع 100 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه ارزیابی سبک زندگی میلر اسمیت (LSI)، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (CERQ)، مقیاس کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی، و مقیاس بک برای افکار خودکشی (BSI) بود. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: متغیرهای مستقل توانستند 41 درصد از واریانس افکار خودکشی را پیش‌بینی کنند (05/0> P). همچنین کمال گرایی منفی، سبک زندگی و تنظیم هیجان می توانند افکار خودکشی را پیش بینی کنند (05/0> P). در بین متغیرهای مستقل، تنظیم هیجان سازگارانه ​​بیشترین تأثیر را دارد. کمال گرایی منفی نیز در ردیف بعدی قرار دارد و به ازای هر واحدی که به انحراف معیار آن اضافه می شود، تمایل به خودکشی 0.267 انحراف معیار افزایش می یابد (05/0> P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، سبک زندگی، تنظیم هیجان و کمال‌گرایی منفی می‌تواند افکار خودکشی را در زنان پیش‌بینی کند. بنابراین، آموزش سبک زندگی سالم، راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان سازگارانه و کاهش کمال گرایی منفی می تواند اقدام به خودکشی را در بین زنان کاهش دهد.
