چکیده
چکیده
مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر سبک زندگی آدلری و امید درمانی بر انسجام روانی و خوددلسوزی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکلروزیس چندگانه شهر تهران انجام شد. روش مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون- پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان و مردان مبتلا به اسکلروزیس چندگانه بودند که در انجمن ام اس تهران تشکیل پرونده داده بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 45 بیمار انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی و به تساوی به سه گروه امیددرمانی، درمان مبتنی بر سبک زندگی آدلری و گروه کنترل اختصاص داده شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها مقیاس انسجام روانی آنتونووسکی (1993) و مقیاس خوددلسوزی نف (2003) بودند. گروه های آزمایش طی هشت جلسه دوساعته مداخله امید درمانی و مداخله سبک زندگی آدلری قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد امید درمانی بر انسجام روانی و خوددلسوزی بیماران مبتلا به اسکلروزیس چندگانه موثر است (01/0 >P). درمان مبتنی بر سبک زندگی آدلری بر انسجام روانی و خوددلسوزی بیماران مبتلا به اسکلروزیس چندگانه موثر است (01/0 >P). این نتایج در دوره پیگیری حفظ شدند. به مشاوران و روان درمان‌گران پیشنهاد ‌‌‌‌‌می‌شود که این درمان‌‌‌‌‌ها را در درازمدت برای افزایش انسجام روانی و خوددلسوزی بیماران مبتلا به اسکلروزیس چندگانه به کارگیرند.
