چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه اثربخشی طرح واره درمانی و درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نشانگان خستگی مزمن و اضطراب سلامت در بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه است. از جامعه بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس استان مرکزی در سال 1400 به صورت دردسترس 45 نفر انتخاب و سپس به صورت گمارش تصادفی به 3 گروه 15‌نفری جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شاملپرسشنامه خستگی مزمن (CFS) وپرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت (2002)بودند و طرحواره درمانی بر اساس پروتکل 12 جلسه‌ای و درمان مبتنی بر تعهد و پذیرش بر اساس پروتکل 8 جلسه‌ای ایفرت و فورسایت تنظیم شدند. درنهایت از تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که بین اثر طرح واره درمانی و درمان مبتنی‌بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نشانگان خستگی مزمن و اضطراب سلامت تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (001/0 p<).
نتیجه گیری: تفاوت معنی‌داری بین تغییرات میانگین خستگی مزمن و اضطراب سلامتدر میان بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس بعد از یک ماه در گروه طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در مرحله پیگیری مشاهده نمی‌شود و این نتایج تایید می‌کند که طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خستگی مزمن و اضطراب سلامت در میان بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس از پایداری مناسبی برخوردار بوده است.
