چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، اثربخشی روان تحلیل گری فردی  بر شدت علائم گوارشی و کمال­گرایی در افراد مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریک پذیر (IBS) بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح­های کاربردی و آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریک­پذیر مراجعه­کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر تهران در سال 1398 بودند که از بین آن­ها، تعداد 68 نفر براساس ملاک­های ورود و خروج به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس از میان تعداد مذکور، 20 نفر با استفاده از روش تصادفی­ (قرعه­کشی) در دو گروه روان ­تحلیل­گری فردی (10=n) و گروه کنترل (10=n) گماشته شد. داده­ها با استفاده از مقیاس چند بعدی کمال گرایی و شاخص شدت علایم سندرم روده تحریک پذیر  به دست آمد. در راستای تحلیل استنباطی از روش واریانس با اندازه­های مکرر و نرم افزار SPSS.22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد روان تحلیل گری فردی  به طور معناداری منجر به کاهش کمال گرایی (001/0>P) و شدت علایم سندرم روده تحریک پذیر  (001/0>P) گردید. می­توان نتیجه گرفت گروه  روان تحلیل گری فردی  بر کمال گرایی و شدت علایم سندرم روده تحریک پذیر  موثر بود و می­توان از روان تحلیل گری فردی  در جهت کاهش  مشکلات بیماران مبتلا به سندروم روده تحریک پذیر استفاده کرد.
