چکیده
مقدمه: دانش، نگرش، عملکرد فرد در نهایت تعیین کننده رفتار وی می باشد. امید به درمان نیز به عنوان مولفه ­ای روانشناختی می تواند بر رفتارهای بهداشتی فرد اثر گذار باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین ارتباط میان دانش، نگرش و عملکرد با امید به درمان نسبت به بیماری کووید 19 بود.
مواد و روش­ ها: این مطالعه مقطعی- توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که در سال 1399 بر 411 نفر از شهروندان ساکن در مشهد انجام شد. در این پژوهش نمونه­ گیری به صورت خوشه­ ای تصادفی چندمرحله­­ ای صورت گرفت. امید به درمان توسط نمره­دهی بین10-0 و دانش، نگرش و عملکرد با استفاده از پرسش­نامه پژوهشگر ساخته اندازه­ گیری شد. داده­ ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 تحلیل شد.
یافته­ ها: میانگین دانش، نگرش و عملکرد افراد در ارتباط با کرونا از 100 نمره به ترتیب 41/11±62/62 ، 35/23±94/40 و 70/14 ± 64/80 بود. همچنین میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره امید به درمان و بهبودی در صورت ابتلا به کووید 29/2 ± 46/7 از 10 نمره بود. اکثریت افراد شرکت کنند دانش متوسط (5/73%)، نگرش ضعیف (9/75%) و عملکرد مطلوب (7/65%) نسبت به کووید 19داشتند. بین دانش و نگرش با امید به درمان ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت (01/0>P ).
نتیجه­ گیری: بین دانش و نگرش با امید به درمان ارتباط مستقیم مشاهده شد. دانش و نگرش نسبت به مسائل مختلف، بر پدیده­ های مهم روانشناختی مانند امید به درمان می ­تواند تاثیرگذار باشند و رفتارهای بهاشتی افراد را شکل دهند. بنابراین نیاز به انجام اقداماتی در راستای ارتقا سطح دانش، نگرش و عملکرد و امید به درمان مردم می­ باشد.
