چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال وسواس-جبری کیفیت زندگی را کاهش می‌دهد و چهارمین اختلال شایع روان‌پزشکی است، به همین منظور بررسی علل شکل‌گیری و تداوم این نشانگان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر پیش‌بینی شدت نشانگان وسواس-جبری براساس سبک فرزند پروری ادراک‌شده از طریق نقش میانجی‌گری باورهای وسواسی بود.
روش‌ کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع تحلیل‌مسیر بود. از میان افرادی که برای درمان وسواس در بازه 1400-1399 به مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد مراجعه کرده‌اند، 206 نفر با نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس‌های وسواس یل- براون، باورهای وسواسی و سبک فرزندپروری یانگ جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل‌مسیر انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه محرومیت هیجانی، رهاشدگی/بی‌ثباتی، نقص/شرم و معیارهای سخت‌گیرانه و باورهای وسواسی با شدت نشانگان وسواسی-جبری همبستگی معناداری (P<0.01) وجود دارد. علاوه براین، نتایج بوت استراپ نیز بیانگر این است که نقش میانجی‌گری باورهای وسواسی در رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه ذکر شده با شدت نشانگان وسواسی-جبری (χ2/df = 1.93 و سطح معناداری 0.001) معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه محرومیت هیجانی، رهاشدگی/بی‌ثباتی، نقص/شرم و معیارهای سخت‌گیرانه می‌توانند از طریق تعامل با باورهای وسواسی، شدت نشانگان وسواس-جبری را پیش‌بینی کرده و در آن تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین، مداخلاتی مبتنی بر معرفی پیشگیری‌هایی در رابطه با سبک فرزندپروری والدین در جهت کاهش باورهای وسواسی افراد، می‌تواند به عنوان برنامه‌های پیشگیری و درمانی در نظر گرفته شود تا به افراد در درمان اختلال وسواسی-جبری کمک کند.
