چکیده
مقدمه: واژینیسموس یکی از اختلالات عملکرد جنسی در زنان است. تنظیم هیجانی به اعمالی اطلاق می‌شود که به‌منظور تغییر یا تعدیل یک حالت هیجانی به‌کار می‌رود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان زنان دارای اختلال واژینیسموس انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی در سال 1397 بر روی 45 زن مبتلا به واژینیسموس مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک مشاوره روانشناسی رهیاب مشهد انجام شد. افراد به‌‌طور ‌تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفره شامل دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. افراد یک گروه مداخله تحت درمان شناختی- رفتاری و گروه دیگر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‏ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 20) و آزمون‌های تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و تک‌متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ­ها: هر دو روش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بر بهبود ابعاد تنظیم شناختی هیجان زنان دچار اختلال واژینیسموس تأثیر داشتند (0001/0=p). با توجه به مقایسه اختلاف میانگین‌های دو گروه مداخله با گروه کنترل، شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی نسبت به درمان شناختی رفتاری تأثیر بیشتری بر ابعاد تنظیم شناختی هیجان داشت (01/0>p).
نتیجه­ گیری: هرچند هر دو روش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان زنان دارای اختلال واژینیسموس تأثیر دارند، اما تأثیر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بیشتر از درمان شناختی رفتاری است.
