چکیده
مقدمه: خودکشی به عنوان یک اختلال روانشناختی یک مشکل جدی در سراسر جهان است. با این حال هرکسی که عامل خطر خودکشی داشته باشد به خودش آسیب نمی رساند. این بدان معناست که برخی از آنها با مشکلات، استرس و تغییرات زندگی کنار می آیند. استراتژی های مقابله ای مختلفی برای بحران های خودکشی وجود دارد.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی شامل 702 نفر اقدام به خودکشی بود که از 1 اوت 2014 تا 31 ژوئیه 2015 به سیستم مراقبت های بهداشتی مراجعه کردند.  استراتژی های مقابله ای مراجعه کنندگان با پرسشنامه استاندارد Jalowiec ارزیابی گردید. داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS 11.5 و با استفاده از آزمون من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان می دهد که استراتژی احساسی، رایج ترین استراتژی است. سطح تحصیلات بالاتر، یک عامل پیش بینی کننده استفاده از برخی استراتژی های مقابله ای است. به طور کلی سن و متاهل بودن پیش بینی کننده استفاده از هرگونه استراتژی مقابله ای بود.
نتیجه گیری: با ارزیابی استراتژی های مقابله ای که اقدام کنندگان به خودکشی از آنها استفاده می کنند و متغیرهایی که روی آن تأثیر می گذارند (به عنوان مثال سن ، سطح تحصیلات و غیره)، می توانیم مهارت مقابله ای افراد را افزایش داده و از تعداد موارد خودکشی بکاهیم.
