چکیده
مقدمه: دیابت بارداری (GDM) نوعی اختلال در متابولیسم کربوهیدرات و گلوکز است که برای اولین بار در طی دوران بارداری مشاهده می‌شود. دیابت بارداری علاوه بر عوارض مادری، باعث عوارض نامطلوبی در کودکان می‌شود. با توجه به این‌که افزایش سطح فعالیت بدنی تأثیر مهمی در کاهش عوارض بیماری دیابت دارد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تأثیر تمرین در خانه در دوره‌ دنیاگیری کووید-19 بر سطوح سرمی شاخص­های انسولینی زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی در سال 1399 بر روی 40 نفر از زنان باردار مبتلا به دیابت بارداری در سن بارداری 28-24 هفته و مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه شهید حیدری شهرستان نهاوند انجام شد. افراد به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفره قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله تمرینات منتخب در خانه را با استفاده از کش تک­متغیر به‌مدت 8 هفته و 3 روز در هفته و هر روز 40-20 دقیقه انجام دادند و گروه کنترل در این مدت هیچ‌گونه فعالیت بدنی نداشتند. سپس از طریق خون‌گیری، میزان سطوح سرمی انسولین و قند ناشتای خون اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 21) و آزمون‌های شاپیروویلک، لون، تی وابسته و تی مستقل انجام شد. میزان p‌ کمتر از 05/0 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 8 هفته تمرین منتخب در خانه توانست افزایش معنی‌داری بر تفاضل مقادیر سطوح انسولین ناشتا (036/1±482/2- در برابر 626/0±116/0) و کاهش معنی‌داری بر تفاضل مقادیر سطوح قندخون ناشتا (978/14±550/45 در برابر 823/6±150/0-) در زنان باردار گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته باشد (001/0>p). درحالی‌که، این تمرینات تأثیر معنی‌داری بر متغیرهای حساسیت به انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل پس از 8 هفته تمرین منتخب نداشت (05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: انجام 8 هفته تمرین در خانه با استفاده از کش‌های تک‌متغیر بر اساس پروتکل ارائه‌ شده با توجه به اصل اضافه‌بار و مقاومت فزاینده (البته با شدت متوسط)، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر سطوح انسولین در زنان باردار مبتلا به دیابت بارداری دارد.
