چکیده
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به شیوه گروهی بر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی سوء مصرف­کنندگان مواد انجام شد.
روش کار : جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی مردان دچار سوء مصرف مواد شهر مشهد در سال 1397 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 60 نفر از مردان سوء مصرف کننده مواد بودند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در سه گروه طرحواره­درمانی، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و شاهد قرار گرفتند. دو گروه آزمون 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای درمان، دریافت نمودند. همه آزمودنی­ها پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی(گراتز و رومر، 2004) را در پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و پیگیری سه ماه تکمیل کردند.داده ها با کمک آمار توصیفی، آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو گروه طرحواره­درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش معنیداری را در راهبردهای ناسازگار و افزایش معنیداری را در راهبردهای سازگار تنظیم هیجانی نشان دادند. تفاوت بین سه گروه در مرحله پس­آزمون (119/8=F؛ 001/0>P) و پیگیری (907/6 =F؛ 002/0>P) معنیدار بود. همچنین بین دو گروه درمانی در راهبردهای سازگار تنظیم هیجانی تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد .
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد، طرحواره درمانی مؤثرتر از درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بوده و باعث کاهش راهبردهای ناسازگار تنظیم هیجانی بیماران سوء مصرف کننده مواد گردیده است. این اثر در مرحله پیگیری نیز حفظ شد.
