چکیده
هدف:
با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون ارزیابی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی به عنوان یک عامل مهم در تعیین پیامدهای درمانی، روا و پایا کردن ابزاری که این مقوله را اندازه گیری می کند، ضروری به نظر می رسد. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی EQ-5D-3L در بیماران مبتلا به آسیب منیسک و لیگامان های زانو انجام شد.
روش بررسی:
بعد از کسب اجازه و دریافت نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه EQ-5D-3L از گروه Euro Quality of life، جهت بررسی روایی، این پرسشنامه به همراه پرسشنامه های SF-36 و KOOS توسط ۱۴۳ نفر از بیماران مبتلا به آسیب منیسک و لیگامان های زانو (۹۲ نفر قبل از جراحی و ۵۱نفر بعد از جراحی) تکمیل شد. روایی سازه از طریق آزمون فرضیه های از پیش تعیین شده و روایی افتراقی به شیوه گروه های شناخته شده تست شد. جهت بررسی پایایی آزمون–بازآزمون ۶۵ نفر از این بیماران که بعد از یک هفته تغییری در وضعیت شان گزارش نکردند مجددا پرسشنامه EQ-5D-3L را تکمیل کردند.
یافته ها: 
طبق یافته های پژوهش، نمره کل پرسشنامه EQ-5D-3L با نمره کل ابزار عمومی معتبر SF-36 ( 0/445=ρ) و ابعاد پرسشنامه EQ-5D-3L با ابعاد مرتبط از پرسشنامه های SF-36  (۴۵/۰- ۳۷/۰=ρ) وKOOS(0/45 – 0/30=ρ) ارتباط متوسطی داشت. نمره EQ-5DIndex قابلیت افتراق بیماران را از نظر شدت بیماری بر اساسEQ-5DVAS (0/001˂p) داشت. ضریب همبستگی درون رده ای برای EQ-5DIndex و EQ-5DVAS به ترتیب 0/753 و 0/896 به دست آمد.
نتیجه گیری:
نتایج نشان داد که نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه EQ-5D-3L از روایی و پایایی لازم برای اندازه گیری کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در بیماران مبتلا به آسیب منیسک و لیگامان های زانو برخوردار است.
