چکیده
مقدمه: الیگومنوره، یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات قاعدگی است که به صورت افزایش فواصل قاعدگی تعریف می‌شود. این اختلال رو به افزایش به دلیل عوارضی مانند خونریزی رحمی غیرطبیعی، ناباروری، هیرسوتیسم و عواقب روانی- اجتماعی متعاقب آنها باعث کاهش کیفیت زندگی زنان سنین باروری می­شود. با توجه به عوارض داروهای هورمونی که درمان رایج این اختلال می‌باشد، ضرورت استفاده از روش‌های درمانی مکمل مطرح می‌شود، لذا مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی راهکارهای درمانی طب ایرانی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مروری، منابع اصلی طب ایرانی با استفاده از واژگان مترادف الیگومنوره مانند احتباس طمث، حبس حیض، کاهش و قطع قاعدگی بررسی شد. برای یافتن مطالعات جدید نیز پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی مانند Google Scholar، PubMed و ISI با کلیدواژگان Oligomenorrhea، Amenorrhea، PCOS، Persian Medicine و Traditional Medicine جستجو و نتایج حاصل مقایسه شدند.
یافته­ها: در منابع طب ایرانی، الیگومنوره با تعبیر "احتباس طمث" آمده است. رویکردهای درمانی احتباس طمث، مانند سایر درمان‌ها در طب ایرانی، در گام اول شامل اصلاح سبک زندگی، اصلاح الگوی غذایی، تنظیم خواب و بیداری، ورزش و استحمام می‌باشد. گام دوم شامل: مصرف گیاهان دارویی قاعده‌آور است که اغلب فیتواستروژن محسوب می‌شوند. این گیاهان به اشکال مختلف (قرص، جوشانده، دمنوش، شیاف واژینال، دوش واژینال، ضماد، آبزن و ...) تجویز می­شوند. در گام سوم، اعمال یداوی مانند حجامت و فصد نیز به‌عنوان یک روش درمانی توصیه شده است.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به اثبات اثربخشی تعدادی از این درمان‌ها در مطالعات جدید مانند گیاه پنج انگشت، پونه و رازیانه انجام مطالعات بالینی بیشتر بر مبنای درمان‌های طب ایرانی در کنار طب رایج، جهت درمان الیگومنوره توصیه می‌شود.
