چکیده
مقدمه: اختلال عملکرد جنسی در زنان نابارور ممکن است به‌طور غیر مستقیم موجب کاهش موفقیت درمان آنان شود، لذا برطرف کردن این اختلال و بررسی نقش بهبود آن بر نتیجه درمان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. با توجه به کمبود مطالعات انجام شده در زنان نابارور، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های جنسی بر پیامد درمان زنان نابارور انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1394 بر روی 20 نفر از زنان نابارور 36-22 ساله دارای اختلال عملکرد جنسی که به مرکز ناباروری بیمارستان معتضدی شهر کرمانشاه مراجعه کردند، انجام شد. افراد به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برای گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه آموزش مهارت‌های جنسی به صورت گروهی برگزار شد و گروه کنترل مداخله­ای دریافت نکردند. از پرسشنامه شاخص عملکرد جنسی روزن و همکاران (2000) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون­های کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، یو من ویتنی، تی زوجی و دقیق فیشر انجام شد.
یافته­­ها: آموزش مهارت­های جنسی، باعث بهبود عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور شد (001/0=p). همچنین بعد از بررسی 3 ماهه، تعداد بارداری در گروه آزمایش بیش از گروه کنترل بود، اما این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود (291/0=p).
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی آموزش جنسی در بهبود عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور و تأثیر مثبت آن بر باروری، آموزش مهارت‍‌‌های جنسی به روش شناختی - رفتاری، به عنوان یک روش غیر دارویی مؤثر در سلامت جنسی و باروری پیشنهاد می­شود.
