بررسی نقش ابعاد مدل پنج عاملی تکانشگری و افزایش سن در اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی مردان

چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی به منظور طراحی مداخلاتی جهت ارتقای تنظیم هیجانی در گروه­های سنی مختلف، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش ابعاد مدل پنج عاملی تکانشگری و افزایش سن در اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی مردان انجام شد.
روش­کار: تعداد 294 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از بین جمعیت عمومی مردان 60- 18 شهر تهران انتخاب و با استفاده از مقیاس رفتار تکانشی پنج عاملی، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و پرسش­نامه جمعیت­شناختی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. داده‌ها بر مبنای آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی و با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته­ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که به استثنای هیجان­خواهی رابطه­ی معنی­داری بین تمام ابعاد تکانشگری و سن با اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل‌های رگرسیون نیز حاکی از آن بود که ابعاد تکانشگری و سن نقش معنی­داری را در پیش­بینی اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی دارند و 47/0 درصد از کل واریانس آن (01/0P<، 67/40=F) را تبیین می‌کنند. از بین متغیرهای پیش­بین فقدان پشتکار (01/0>P، 66/3=t)، فوریت منفی (01/0>P، 98/5=t)، فوریت مثبت (01/0>P، 81/2=t) و سن (05/0>P، 14/2-=t) سهم معنی­داری را در پیش‌بینی اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی داشتند.
نتیجه­گیری: اگر چه سهم ابعاد تکانشگری در پیش­بینی اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی نسبت به سهم سن بسیار برجسته‌تر و نشان­دهنده اهمیت تکانشگری در اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی است اما سن نیز دارای سهم معنی­داری در پیش­بینی اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی است و افزایش سن با استفاده بهتر از راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی و کاهش اختلال در تنظیم هیجانی همراه است.
