چکیده
مقدمه: روند بروز افزایشی سرطان خون یکی از مشکلات علم پزشکی مدرن است. افراد با دریافت تشخیص سرطان، نیازمند حفظ امیدواری در طول فرآیند درمان می‌باشند و هم­چنین تشخیص سرطان گاهی اوقات منجر به رشد پس از آسیب می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش شوخ‌طبعی در امیدواری و رشد پس از آسیب مبتلایان به سرطان خون در شهر زاهدان بود.
روش­کار: این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود در بیمارستان حضرت علی (ع) شهر زاهدان در سال 1394 انجام شد. نمونه شامل ۷۰ بیمار بود که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش­نامه­های شوخ‌طبعی خشوعی و همکاران، امیدواری اشنایدر و همکاران و رشد پس از آسیب تدسچی و کالهون بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل رابطه بین متغیرها و پیش‌بینی تغییرات امیدواری و رشد پس از آسیب، روش‌های همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته­ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین نمره کلی فرد در مقیاس شوخ طبعی (37/۰= r و 01/0>P) و بعد لذت از شوخی (34/۰= r و 01/0>P) و شوخ‌طبعی در شرایط استرس‌آور (28/۰= r و 05/0>P) با امیدواری رابطه مثبت و معنی­دار وجود دارد. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که نمره کلی مقیاس شوخ‌طبعی به طور معنی­داری امیدواری را پیش‌بینی می‌کند (37/۰= β و 01/0>P)، نتیجه دیگر این بود که بین نمره کلی شوخ‌طبعی و رشد پس از آسیب رابطه مثبت و معنی­دار وجود دارد (46/۰= r و 001/0>P) و نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که نمره کلی شوخ‌طبعی به طور معنی­داری رشد پس از آسیب را پیش‌بینی می‌کند (46/۰= β و 01/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش مؤید نقش پیش‌بینی‌کنندگی شوخ‌طبعی در امیدواری و رشد پس از آسیب مبتلایان به سرطان خون می‌باشد.
