چکیده
هدف:
با توجه به اهمیت مداخله به هنگام و نقش تعاملات اولیه والد کودک در رشد زبان، مهارتهای ارتباطی و قابلیتهای اجتماعی هیجانی کودکان ناشنوا تدوین برنامه توانبخشی خانواده محور با هدف توانمندسازی والدین به عنوان درمانگر اصلی ضروری است.
روش بررسی:
با استفاده از نمونه ­گیری هدفمند 62 نفر از کودکان ناشنوای شدید به بالای زیر 2 سال که یا تحت عمل کاشت حلزون شنوایی قرار گرفته بودند و یا کاندید دریافت کاشت حلزون شنوایی بودند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی­ های گروه آزمایش از برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور بهره بردند. برای بررسی مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی از ابزارهای آزمون طبقه­ بندی عملکرد شنیداری (Categories of Auditory Performance; CAP)، نیمرخ مقیاس رشدی رفتار نمادین و ارتباط/ سیاهه کودک نوزاد (Communication and Symbolic Behavior Scale Developmental Profile/infant toddler checklist; CSBSDP) و پرسشنامه سنین و مراحل اجتماعی – هیجانی  (Ages and Stages Questionnaire- Social Emotional; ASQ SE) استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها:
تحلیل داده‌ها‌ به روش تحلیل واریانس دو عاملی با اندازه­ گیری مکرر حاکی از آنست که برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور در افزایش نمرات مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی کودکان ناشنوای شرکت کننده در پژوهش موثر بوده است. همچنین در مرحله پیگیری نیز اثربخشی این برنامه بر متغیرهای وابسته پژوهش پایدار است.
نتیجه­ گیری:
نتیجه پژوهش حاضر حاکی از تاثیر برنامه جامع توانبخشی خانواده محور بر رشد مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی هیجانی درکودکان ناشنوا می ­باشد. لذا کاربرد این برنامه در مراکز توانبخشی کودکان ناشنوا توصیه می شود.
